What's up with Ash!?

I married my husband back in November of 2020. We bought a house and have a cute puppy named Indiana. I graduated recently from Utah State University with my Bachelor of Science. My major is Health Education and Promotion. I am using the things I learned to be a Health Coach and support others with their health.

I love spending time outside. I live in Utah and absolutely love my mountains. I enjoy exercising my body and trying new foods. Books are an awesome stress reliever and I find the most joy and happiness being with my family and friends. I have a strong Christian faith and am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
