When I was a little girl I remember being soo confused about how I needed to take care of my body. I had a heart problem when I was little that led me to have a desire to learn about health and what my body needed to feel good and for me to be happy. I believe it's so important to invest in your health now so you aren't paying for it later on in life.

My goal now is to help others; specifically women know how to take care of their body in a way that is specific for them. I believe in a holistic approach (physical, emotional, spiritual, social and intellectual health) to reach optimal health. It's important to make lifestyle changes by small steps. There are no quick fixes when it comes to health.
